Returns and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Please note that the delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues:
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@woodscreekseeds.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@woodscreekseeds.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
- We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@woodscreekseeds.com to arrange the exchange.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may have already been processed and shipped.
